SPANISH CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT

 

To put order and control, and to avoid inconveniences for interested individual the following will be followed strictly:

 

Online Registration: 

  1. Interested individuals will have to register online through email.

  2. Only ONE NAME per email sent. The same email may be used to send another name. 

  3. Two or three names in a one email sent will AUTOMATICALLY INVALIDATE the registration.

  4. In the email the following should appear:

    1. COMPLETE NAME as it is written in the passport or NIE

    2. Passport number and/or NIE

    3. Choice of day - SUNDAY CLASS or THURSDAY CLASS

    4. NO OTHER INSTRUCTIONS or MESSAGES should be added, otherwise your registration will be INVALID.

  5. Send your registration to clasesespanoltahanan@gmail.com. at 9:00 P.M on September 9, 2019. Any email sent before the said date and time, the registration is INVALID.

  6. Registrations received as they appear in the OFFICIAL inbox WILL BE THE ONLY ONE TO BE FOLLOWED. 

  7. Response will be sent through email. The response will contain your reservation number. Only those who made to the list will receive a response. BRING A COPY OF THE RESPONSE, FILLED OUT RTEGISTRATION FORM, and A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT AND/OR NIE ON SEPTEMBER 15 at 3:00 P.M.

  8. ONLY 80 students will be accepted this school year.

  9. Last year students who did not make reservation should also register online.

  10. LAST SCHOOL YEAR'S STUDENTS WHO MADE THEIR RESERVATION SHOULD APPEAR ALSO ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2019 @ 3:00 P.M
